Wow. Okay. This was very hard to read. Not because it was a bad novel….nope, not by a long shot, but because it deals with a very scary subject for any teen. Pregnancy.
Told from a genius male point of view (yeah, part of the writeoncon.com male POV reading list!), CK Kelly Martin does an outstanding job following the rise and fall of Nick and Sasha’s summer fling.
The novel not only touches on teen sex struggles (in a very realistic way), but other teen subjects as well- drinking, smoking, “weed” and homosexuality.
Incredibly-well-done. Clap clap clap, bow.
